This post is a simple expression of emotional and spiritual isolation.
I believe that much of what I do, devolves from avoidance and/or fear of pain.
I further believe that my perpetual appetite for obsessive behavior, which inevitably consumes my time and energy, is the result of my attempts to cover my shame.
